Pricing
What it costs, published.
We publish our prices. You should be able to work out roughly what this costs your hospital without booking a call first, and decide in your own time whether it is worth one.
Revenue Integrity — standalone
₹250–350
per bed, per month
Runs alongside the HMS you already have. At the 100-bed hospital we measured, it returned ₹2.2 lakh a month — several times what it costs at this rate.
We lead with this one because it is the step that should not require a committee. Module and full-platform pricing is published below.
Worked example — 100 beds
- Cost at ₹300/bed
- ₹30,000 / mo
- Recovered (measured)
- ₹2,20,000 / mo
- Net to the hospital
- ₹1,90,000
Your recovery will differ. The free assessment measures it first.
Modules and the full platform
Priced per bed, per month — the same shape as above, so you can work out roughly where you land before we ever speak. Which modules you take, how many sites you run and how much integration your existing systems need move the number within these bands.
- A single operational module
- ₹200–300
- per bed, per month
- Billing, pharmacy, OPD queue, IPD or lab — taken on its own.
- The full platform
- ₹400–500
- per bed, per month
- Every module, all departments, one deployment.
At 100 beds the full platform lands at ₹40,000–50,000 a month, against ₹2.2 lakh of leakage recovered at the hospital we measured. That is the whole argument: the system costs less than the money it finds.
What moves the number
- Which modules you take
- A single module — Revenue Integrity, billing, pharmacy, lab or OPD queue — costs a fraction of the full platform. Most hospitals start with one.
- Bed count and site count
- Pricing scales with the size of the deployment and whether you run one hospital or several branches.
- Integration work
- Connecting to systems you are keeping — an existing lab system, PACS, or accounting package — is scoped separately.
- Hardware
- The system runs on your own server. If you do not have suitable hardware, that is a one-off cost you own rather than something we mark up.
Included, not billed separately
The costs that usually appear late in an HMS project — and wreck the business case — are ours, not yours.
- Data migration from your legacy system
- The parallel-run period
- On-site technician for go-live
- Role-based staff training
- White-labelling to your hospital brand
- Ongoing IT support after go-live
For a figure specific to your hospital, the fastest route is the free assessment — it also tells you whether the spend is justified at all.
